Purchase terms and licence

US$249 once. One HubSpot account. No recurring theme charge. HubSpot subscriptions, domains and third-party services are separate. Check the actual purchase page for availability, delivery route and the final total before paying.
1. Your licence
After a valid purchase, Fluent State grants the purchaser a non-exclusive licence to install, customise and use this theme within one HubSpot account. That account may belong to the purchaser or one client for whom the purchaser is building a website. Multiple pages and domains within the same licensed HubSpot account are permitted where the account's subscription allows them. An additional HubSpot account requires an additional licence.
The licence has no recurring theme fee and continues after the support period, subject to these terms. Your HubSpot subscription, hosting, domain and third-party services are separate from the theme price. A separate subscription does not become free because you purchased this theme.
2. Permitted changes and client handover
You may edit the supplied code, use child themes, replace demonstration content and appoint contractors to work on your licensed installation. Contractors may use the files only for that installation. You may hand the completed website and its licence to the client for whose account it was purchased, provided you do not retain a second licensed installation. Transfers of Marketplace purchases must also follow HubSpot's transfer process and restrictions.
3. Restrictions
You must not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the theme source, modules, sections or demonstration images as a standalone product or competing template. You must not place the source in a public repository. This does not restrict public display of a website built with the licensed theme. No licence to HubSpot's software, trademarks or other providers' services is granted.
4. Included assets
The supplied theme code, original icons and original generated demonstration photographs may be used as part of the licensed website. Demonstration people, businesses, outcomes and financial figures are illustrative and must not be presented as your genuine clients, staff or results. Fonts and HubSpot-native components remain subject to their owners' terms. No competitor's theme source, protected photographs or branding are included.
5. Support and updates
Email support covers installation guidance and reproducible defects in the supplied theme. We aim to provide an initial reply within two business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution deadline. Theme-code defect support is provided while the product is listed for sale. Bespoke design, content entry, integrations, CRM automation and repair of third-party code are separate services. Available updates to this purchased theme are included; no fixed schedule, future feature or permanent compatibility with every future HubSpot change is promised. Customers should test updates and maintain backups.
6. Cancellation, refunds and remedies
You may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including after downloading or installing the theme. Email fluent.state.agency@gmail.com with your order reference or other proof of purchase. No reason is required. We will issue an eligible refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. Bank processing time is additional. After a refund, stop using the theme and remove its files and derivative theme copies from the licensed account and your storage. HubSpot may automatically remove a refunded Marketplace theme and content dependent on it, so preserve your own original content and check dependencies first.
Beyond this policy, contact us if the product is materially misdescribed, defective, insecure or promised support has not been provided. We will provide the correction, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law and the relevant Marketplace rules. Statutory rights are not limited by this licence or by expiry of the 14-day policy.
7. Your website and service dependencies
You are responsible for your own content, consent, legal notices, account configuration and selected third-party services. Native forms, blog, search, password protection, subscriptions, CTAs and video require the appropriate HubSpot account settings and subscription. A demonstration layout does not guarantee enquiries, conversions, income, search rankings or suitability for every regulated use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.

English is the language of these terms. English law applies subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction. The price, delivery method and purchase channel are stated at checkout. Marketplace availability or approval is established only by the actual HubSpot listing, not by possession of this file.
How to cancel
Email us within 14 days of purchase. You can use the wording below, or any clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your name, purchase date and order reference if available.
