Originality and asset record

Fluent Studio's code, copy and page compositions were created for Fluent State. The brief uses large human photography and confident type as a quality benchmark. No POWER Pro source code, downloadable theme, logo, demo photograph or illustration is licensed or included in the native package. Any competitor screenshots belong only in separate internal comparison evidence and must remain outside the distributable theme and demo.

The approved FLUENT. visual direction uses violet, white and dark ink, a custom wordmark, bold uppercase sans-serif typography and original copy and photographs. Large photographic heroes and violet buttons are common design choices. Their presence is not proof that a commercial competitor's implementation or assets can be copied. A colour change alone would not make a copied template original. Review the entire design and component composition before submitting.

Generated image provenance

The original woman-at-desk image and team-at-desk image were generated for this project using the built-in image-generation tool on 13 October 2026. They portray synthetic people and illustrative business scenes. They do not document an actual Fluent State team, client, event or endorsement.

The working prototype named these sources power-direction-woman.png and power-direction-team.png; the word in the filename described the requested visual direction, not an asset obtained from POWER. Optimised or renamed derivatives in this release should be linked to these source images in the actual asset manifest. An earlier original office image named advisory-hero.png was also generated for the project.

The optimised release mapping is woman-at-work.jpg from power-direction-woman.png, team-workshop.jpg from power-direction-team.png, and office-workshop.jpg from advisory-hero.png. Module icons are original simple SVG graphics created in code. Template and section previews are screenshots of Fluent Studio's own layouts.

Use the finished asset-manifest.json as the file-level record. The local validator records packaged image files and hashes. It flags competitor/reference filenames in the native package. The final list should be reviewed against the source record before distribution.

Buyer-supplied content

Buyers are responsible for rights to their own logos, photographs, videos, fonts, quotes and case-study claims. Obtain appropriate permission for identifiable real people and their endorsements. Do not substitute an image found through a search engine unless its licence permits the intended use and redistribution.

The package uses a system sans-serif stack by default, so it does not depend on an unlicensed commercial font file. Any future bundled font must include its actual licence and redistribution permission. HubSpot-provided native modules remain part of the HubSpot service rather than proprietary Fluent Studio code.

This record documents provenance. It is not a legal clearance certificate or a guarantee of exclusive rights in generated material.
