Install Fluent Studio for HubSpot.

This guide covers the theme ZIP purchased directly from Fluent State. It does not install a Marketplace licence or enable automatic Marketplace updates.

Before you start

• Use your own HubSpot account with the Content Hub features needed for your website. Certain theme features, including indexed site search and password protection, need eligible paid plans and account setup.
• You need access to HubSpot's developer file system and permission to upload and publish theme files. An administrator or developer can handle installation for you.
• Save your private purchase email and ZIP. Never share your HubSpot password or developer key with support.

Install the supplied ZIP

Extract Fluent-Studio-HubSpot.zip on your computer. It contains a Fluent-Studio folder with theme.json, fields.json, templates, modules, sections, CSS, JavaScript and images.

The supported developer route uses HubSpot's official CLI. Install it and connect your own account using HubSpot's CLI installation guide. Select the correct account before uploading.

From the directory containing the extracted Fluent-Studio folder, upload it to a new destination:

hs cms upload Fluent-Studio fluent-studio

This publishes the underlying theme files inside that account so HubSpot's page editor can use the modules. It does not publish any website page. Use a new destination and do not overwrite another site's theme. Review and resolve any upload errors before continuing.

The official CMS Source Code API also supports uploading and extracting ZIP packages for developers who use an API workflow.

Create and customise your website

1. Go to Content → Website Pages and create a new page. Select Fluent Studio as the theme and choose a layout.
2. Set your theme colours, typography and spacing. Edit global navigation, the logo and footer. Review changes to global content because they affect all pages using it.
3. Replace fictional names, example projects, photographs where needed and legal-policy outlines. Choose your own real HubSpot form in form modules, set recipients and test a clearly labelled enquiry.
4. Configure blog listing/post templates and system pages in your account settings if using those functions. Search requires searchable published content and an eligible plan.
5. Review desktop, tablet and phone views, links, forms and notifications before publishing your own pages.

Updates and support

Keep an untouched backup of the supplied theme. Use a child theme for code changes if you want to preserve your customisations when adopting a later source release. A direct purchase does not enable Marketplace updates or promise a future update programme.

For a missing download, installation error or fault in the supplied theme, email fluent.state.agency@gmail.com with your order reference and the relevant error text or screenshot. Bespoke installation/development and general HubSpot training are separate. Do not pay again to resolve an access problem.
