Fluent Studio HubSpot theme terms and support

Your purchase

Fluent Studio is a digital HubSpot website theme supplied as a ZIP file. The price is US$249 once for one HubSpot account, including an account used for a client. The final tax and total payable are shown before payment. There is no subscription or shipping charge.

This is a direct purchase from Fluent State. It is not a HubSpot Marketplace purchase and does not imply Marketplace approval, one-click Marketplace installation or automatic Marketplace updates. HubSpot plans, hosting, domains, installation services, bespoke changes and content entry are separate.

Delivery and installation

After confirmed payment, a private download link is emailed to the checkout address. The link lasts 30 days. Save the ZIP and this email. Contact support with your order reference if the email is missing or the link expires; do not pay again. Keep the download link private.

Use your own eligible HubSpot account and install the ZIP using the supported installation guide at https://fluentstate.co.uk/templates/fluent-studio/install. The theme includes editable layouts, modules, global content and demonstration content. Replace fictional business information, images where appropriate and all policy outlines. Configure and test your own forms before publishing. Some functions require an eligible paid HubSpot plan, published content or account setup. See the product requirements before buying.

One-account licence

You receive a non-exclusive licence to install, edit and use the supplied theme in one HubSpot account, including a client account. Multiple websites or domains within that licensed account are permitted where the HubSpot subscription allows them. You may hand the completed site and that account to the client; the licence stays with the licensed account. Each additional HubSpot account needs another licence.

Do not share, redistribute, sublicense, repackage or resell the theme as a theme, starter kit, module library or competing digital product, including modified copies. This does not prevent client handover of the completed website in the licensed account. Fluent State retains rights in its original work. Your content remains yours. Third-party assets and HubSpot remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Support and defects

Email fluent.state.agency@gmail.com with your order reference, affected feature and steps to reproduce any issue. Support covers download access and faults in the supplied theme. Bespoke development, third-party integrations, content entry and general HubSpot training are separate. We aim to give an initial email reply within two business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Supplied-theme defect support is available while the product is listed. Updates to the purchased theme are available when provided; no fixed update schedule or future feature programme is promised. Do not send passwords, payment details or private client data.

If the theme is faulty or materially differs from its description, contact us for an appropriate remedy. Your mandatory statutory rights are preserved, including remedies that may apply after downloading or after the refund period.

14-day refunds and cancellation

You may request a refund within 14 days of the confirmed purchase, including after downloading the ZIP. We do not require a waiver of cancellation rights to deliver the theme. Email fluent.state.agency@gmail.com with your name, purchase date and order reference before the deadline. No reason is required under this policy.

We reimburse a valid request without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving it, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. The licence ends when refunded; delete your theme copies and stop using the refunded theme. A refund does not remotely remove a theme already installed in your HubSpot account.

For a missing download, duplicate payment or supplied-theme defect, contact us with the order details. This policy does not reduce any longer or additional rights you have under applicable law.

Other terms

These terms are in English. English law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable rights to use your local courts. A later change to these terms does not retrospectively change an accepted purchase without your agreement. Questions or complaints may be sent to the seller's email or business address above.
