Your order and contract
Our packages are intended for business use. Read the selected package and these terms before paying. Your payment is an order request. We review your requirements and confirm acceptance and the delivery schedule by email. If we cannot accept the stated scope, we refund your payment in full. We do not substitute a different package or add paid work without your agreement. The package description and accepted brief form your agreed scope. These terms are available in English. Contact us promptly to correct an order error.
The £499 Growth website package
Your one-off total is £499. No VAT or compulsory subscription is added. It includes up to 10 individually written business pages, tailored responsive design, an enquiry form, page titles and search descriptions, an XML sitemap, domain connection, two consolidated website revision rounds, 10 static social media designs supplied in square and portrait sizes (20 exports), your website source files, 12 months of standard static hosting and 30 days of fixes for faults in the supplied website after launch.
This is a business information website. Online stores, customer accounts, bespoke applications, domain registration, email mailboxes, paid software and licences, advertising spend, ongoing SEO, automation and ongoing content work are separate unless your accepted scope expressly includes them. Social designs are static images, not video production or social account management. We use only the pages your agreed content needs, up to the stated maximum.
Payment and approval
Choose £249.50 to start and £249.50 after written approval, before launch and final source-file handover, or pay £499 in full. The total and review process are the same. We never charge the balance automatically. A separate payment request identifies your order and remaining balance. Paying in full does not remove your included revisions or rights concerning faulty work.
Stripe processes payment on its secure checkout. We do not collect your card details. Express wallets depend on your device and Stripe eligibility. Your Stripe receipt confirms the payment amount; we separately confirm your project scope and acceptance. Other packages require their stated payment or a written scope confirmation before payment. Monthly services start only through a separate agreement.
Booking and availability
The £499 Growth website package has no fixed booking deadline. We confirm acceptance and the delivery schedule by email after reviewing your requirements. Accepted orders keep their agreed price. Any later price change will be stated separately and will not affect an accepted order. We do not claim a previous selling price, remaining client slots or guaranteed availability.
Your brief and schedule
After confirmed payment, complete the project brief with accurate services, prices, contact details, desired pages, brand materials and authorised image links. Do not send passwords or private customer records through the form. We confirm the accepted brief and schedule in writing before starting. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. A draft target is not a guaranteed launch date. Missing information, your review time and third-party access can affect delivery. Tell us about a fixed deadline before ordering. We will explain material delays and agree a revised plan or an appropriate refund for work we cannot supply.
Review, changes and faults
One revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the accepted brief. Growth includes two website rounds and review of your social designs. Extra pages, a new direction or additional functionality are new scope. We quote and obtain your agreement before doing chargeable extras. Approve business claims, content and the final work in writing before launch. Report faults promptly. We correct faults in the supplied agreed website during the included 30-day launch period. This does not limit rights or remedies that the law requires beyond that period.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel by emailing us with your name and order reference. If we have not begun work or incurred agreed non-recoverable costs, we refund the amount paid. After work begins, we provide an itemised account of work actually completed and any separately agreed non-recoverable costs. We retain only a fair, proportionate amount and refund the unused balance. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable. We take reasonable steps to reduce cancellation losses. Any further amount must be justified by the agreed work and applicable law. Refunds go through the original payment method, normally initiated within 14 days after the refund amount is agreed or otherwise required by law.
If you are legally a consumer, mandatory consumer protections still apply despite any business-use declaration. For qualifying distance service contracts, you normally have 14 days from the contract to cancel. We will not start during that period without your express request. If you request an early start then cancel, only a proportionate charge for services supplied may apply where legally permitted. The cancellation right ends on full performance only after your prior express consent and acknowledgement. We obtain any required early-start consent separately. These terms do not exclude cancellation rights for digital content without the consent required by law.
To cancel, send: “I give notice that I cancel my service contract”, your ordered service, order date/reference, name, address and date, to the email or business address above. You may use those words or any other clear cancellation statement.
Ownership, images and licences
After full payment, we supply the agreed original source files and finished deliverables for your business use. Third-party fonts, imagery, software and platform components remain under their own licences. We identify material licence restrictions at handover. Some visuals may be created with generative tools; we do not promise exclusivity or copyright ownership where the law does not provide it. You must have permission to use materials you supply. Portfolio designs demonstrate our design work and do not imply a paid client relationship or measured commercial results.
Hosting and handover
Website packages include 12 months of standard static hosting from launch. Optional renewal is £60 per year, confirmed before renewal, with no automatic charge. Domain registration, mailboxes and paid third-party services are separate. We contact you before the included hosting ends and allow a reasonable opportunity to renew or move your supplied source files. Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure and does not include a guaranteed uptime service level. We explain practical migration requirements at handover.
Outcomes and responsibility
We deliver the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Customer numbers, revenue, search rankings and time savings depend on your business, competition, information and use of the work. Growth visuals communicate goals across our services, not recorded results or a forecast. A website purchase does not include every service shown elsewhere on the site.
For business customers, our liability for a claim arising from a project is limited to the price paid or payable for that project, so far as the law permits. We do not accept liability for indirect losses or lost profits where legally permitted. Nothing excludes fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Consumer rights are unaffected.
Questions or disputes
Contact us first so we can investigate and propose a remedy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere. A change to these terms does not retrospectively change an accepted order without agreement.
